Help and Advice for D&A dependent employees
A good Alcohol and Drug policy should offer assistance if employees come forward to declare alcohol and drug dependency and/or addiction. You may also wish to provide this assistance should an employee fail a positive test.
A positive result can be a traumatic experience, and those suffering from alcohol and drug dependency or addiction may welcome the help if offered by their employer.
